Cycling the Old Cabot Trail near Grand Etang in the summer is pure bliss. The trail, which is part of the original Cabot Trail - hugs the rugged coastline so that you view the ocean during your stroll. The smell of wildflowers mixed with a salty breeze adds to this seaside ride. This trail is perfect for mountain bikes or hybrid bicycles as the road is gravel. We started at the Grand Etang harbour and went toward Point Cross. We also went in the other direction that crossed McGarry Road - another post we’ll share with you soon!
